Nick was born and bred in Derbyshire and, after some adventures, is currently located back in his native county. Using a track record of proving the optimum result from given situations, Nick will support you to establish organic change cultures not through preconceived formulaic processes, but through dedication to your individual situation and requirements.
CCM
WHY
CCM was born out of a desire for fulfilment and constant development both personally and vicariously through individuals and organisations by way of partnership, mentorship, and coaching. Authenticity, change, and challenge are not always welcome assets in some businesses: like most people on their work journeys, I have experienced some fantastic operators and some not so: the former have been guides and inspiration, the latter motivation.
The CCM vision is to work with organisations/people who are committed to a culture of engagement, genuine development, and continuous, positive evolution. My work reward is to develop individuals or situations to better place after undertaking a process and create self- sustaining environments prepared, open, and proactive to future change.
WHAT
The inspiration for CCM is a business philosophy – encountered and adopted – with the roots of authentic, engaged leadership, with a shared mission. The proposal is that if attention is given to three key elements, success will follow. The interpretation of success will change with each organisation however, although the granular detail may differ, the three components for our groups to achieve stay the same:
Clear – Communication, Engagement, Process, Instruction
Capable – Development, Training, Learning, Equipment, Tools
Motivated – Enabled, Inspired, Committed, Prospects, Independence
Putting these elements in place provides an environment for individuals and businesses to thrive and prosper, creating an agile and adaptable culture for continuous improvement.
